My journey into storytelling started at 12 years old after being admitted to a Multimedia program in the 6th grade. Ever since, I’ve continued pursuing my passion for cinematography and non-fiction storytelling by running freelance photography and video business, completing internships for NMSU Football, Wake Forest Athletics, WFU's Wrought Iron Productions, NFL Films, and The Players’ Tribune.

I spent the majority of my undergraduate career jumping between Digital Filmmaking and Journalism majors without finding my path as a creator. I eventually found my happy-medium between those two majors with documentary storytelling and have continued pursuing non-fiction work through my graduate studies at Wake Forest University.

The production of my first documentary has influenced the direction that I want to take a filmmaker. I am hopeful to find a balance between working in professional sports and social issue filmmaking.
